1. The service

JuriScans provides AI-powered contract analysis. You submit contract text, and we return a structured risk report. This is an informational tool — it is not legal advice and does not create a solicitor-client relationship.

2. Not legal advice

JuriScans is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The reports generated are AI-assisted analysis intended to help you understand contract terms. For binding legal guidance, consult a qualified solicitor. We accept no liability for decisions made based on our reports.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

4. Pricing and billing

  • Free tier: 1 review per month
  • Starter (£19/month): 10 reviews per month
  • Pro (£39/month): unlimited reviews (subject to fair use of 100/day)
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to process contracts you don't have the right to submit
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits
  • Resell or redistribute reports without permission
  • Use automated tools to bulk-submit contracts

6. Your data

You retain ownership of any contract text you submit. We store your submissions to provide review history. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

7. Limitation of liability

JuriScans is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
