• Account information: email address, name (provided via Clerk authentication)
• Contract text: the text you submit for review, stored to provide your review history
• Review results: the AI-generated analysis of your contracts
• Payment information: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Usage data: review counts, plan information, timestamps

How we use your data

• To provide the contract review service
• To maintain your review history
• To manage your subscription and billing
• To send transactional emails (welcome, drip sequence)
• We never sell your data to third parties
• We never use your contract text to train AI models

Third-party processors

• Anthropic (Claude): processes contract text to generate reviews — subject to their privacy policy
• Clerk: authentication and user management
• Supabase: database hosting (EU region)
• Stripe: payment processing
• Resend: transactional email delivery
• Vercel: website hosting

Data retention

Your contract text and review results are stored for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@juriscans.com.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@juriscans.com.
